Custom Award Return Policy

Refunds are not applicable for Custom Awards, Custom Logo Items, Plaques, Crystals, Acrylics, Medals,  Engraved Plates, Glassware, and Shipping Charges.

Custom Clothing Return Policy

Given the personalized nature of our clothing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. In the unlikely occurrence of receiving a defective product, we will promptly replace it for you.
